She is survived by: her husband Quintin Sledge; her children, Tuqwan Richardson of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Shalita Ward of Goldsboro, NC, Jacquelyn Moore (Waddell) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Latoya Shoulders (Thomas) of Margarettsville, NC; her grandchildren, Denzel, Raekwon, Donjay (Chey), Nadera, Destiny, Rodney, Jakayla, Trinity, Alexus, Tevon, Xavier, Charquaeliah, Corey, Dashawn and Jakiah; her great grandchildren, Josiah, Jaleeya, Ja'Mia, Aubrielle, Audriana, Royalty, Nolan and DaSani; and her siblings-in-law, Keith Sledge of Clarksville, TN, Joyce Richardson of Garysburg, NC, Regina Johnson (Bogg) of Hillside, NJ, Shelia Boyd (Joseph) of Garysburg, NC and Deborah Sledge of Clarksville, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
