He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Simmons and Beulah Simmons; and his sister Cora Lee Jones Sehen. He is survived by: his wife Celeste Simmons of Daddy's Girl; his grandchildren, Maddox Bullock "Buckwheat" and Sloan Bullock "Baby Girl"; and his siblings, James Clifford Simmons (Jo) and Anne Kyle.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that you donate to Calvary Baptist Church (1405 Bolling Road Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870) in memory of Henry.
