He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Lina Harris (Larry) of Henderson, NC, Barbara Jones Miles (John) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Betty Jones (Gary) of Glen Burnie, MD.; and his uncle Joseph Burnett (Jackie) of Warrenton, NC. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren; sixteen step great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
