He is survived by: his wife Roselyn Harvey; his children, Justin Harvey, Jayquan Harvey and Jessica Harvey; his grandchildren, Jhakyren, Journee, Jaziyah and Corlani; his siblings, Beverly Norman, Sue Arrington of Roanoke Rapids, NC and James Harvey, Jr. (Carolyn) of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his aunt Gladys Harvey of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his father-in-law Douglas Ashe of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Ashe, Dot Whitaker, Betty Daniels, Herbert Browning of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Douglas Ashe of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Edward Whitaker of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Doug Burgess of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and his close friends, Ulysses Harvey, Zach Manning and Thomas Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Because of Covid-19, the CDC guidelines will be followed for all services by limiting the number of persons in attendance.
