He was predeceased by: his wife Reba Barnes Davis; his parents, Hillory Davis and Ophelia Davis; his siblings, Raby, Hilda, Charles, Johnny and Verdell; his son Kelly Glen Davis; his son-in-law Jeff Taylor; and his sister Myrtle Draper.
He is survived by: his children, Mike, Donna Davis, Peggy D. Taylor, Dennis and Mary Davis; his grandchildren, Bruce, Susan Lynn Davis, Liza Davis, Joel Tyson, Kelly, Elizabeth Taylor, Michael, Ellen Davis, Samantha Taylor, Hillary and Tommy Crowder; and his great grandchildren, Kenleigh, Gavin Tyson, Will, Aiden Taylor, Julia Davis, Aubrey and Henry Crowder.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Askew Funeral Services – Jackson Chapel (313 W Jefferson St, Jackson, NC 27845). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Galatia Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Galatia Baptist Church Brotherhood or Conway Volunteer Fire Department.
