She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Philip L. Hill, Jr. and Mildred Lipscomb; her siblings, Philip Hill, III, Emily Hill Dodge and Edward Hill; her husband Henry Buchanan Moncure, Sr.; and her son Henry Moncure, Jr..
She is survived by : her children, Mildred Moncure of Garysburg, NC, Fontaine Gibbons (Billy) of Chester, VA, Elizabeth "Betsy" Moncure (Vic Hague) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Philip Moncure of Roanoke Rapids, NC.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, 11 grandchildren, and many more great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the Family is requesting contributions be made to Camp HOPE (Guilford County FJC- Camp HOPE, 201 S Greene St., Greensboro, NC 27401).
