“I was saddened to hear of the passing of Ms. Pauline. She was truly a lady that I admired. I will always remember how she welcomed me to Roanoke Rapids when I moved there in the 60's. Ms. Pauline loved and cared for her children and shared her love and support to others. I will cherish the memories of our relationship and all the good times that we had bowling together. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to the family. We loved her, and God loved her best. Sincerely, Marilyn Garner”
