He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Conner and Velma Conner; and his siblings, Edward Conner, Peter Conner and Hazel Fanney.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his sons, Wilbert Conner Jr., Michael Conner, Dale Conner (Donna Hester) and Christopher Conner (Fran); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Kelly, Quentin, Jordan, Camren, Chole, Jody and Melissa; and his sister Katherine Carson (Richard). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
