He was predeceased by: his former wife Anne; his son Michael; and his parents, George and Edna. He is survived by: his significant other Caroline; his sister Hilary; his children, Nicola, Naomi and Andrew; his grandchildren, Phillip, Stacey, Austin, Cora, Ashleigh, Ella, Margot and Macklin; his great grandchildren, Tiffany, Alice, Addyson and Brayden; his former wife Andrée; and his pets, Tess, Hudson and Missy.
