She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sherman and Wilma Jane Edwards Gustafson; her husband Ricky Dean Key; and her brother Scott Gustafson. She is survived by: her siblings, Beth Elledge (Gray) of North Wilkesboro, Bob Gustafson (Candy) of Greenville, NC and Richard Gustafson of Roaring River; and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the United Methodist Church (6440 Austin Traphill Rd, Elkin, NC 28621). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the United Methodist Church Cemetery (6440 Austin Traphill Rd, Elkin, NC 28621).
