She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Phillips and Flossie Burns Phillips; and her brothers, Edward Phillips and Darrell Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Everette Moore of Robbins, NC; her sons, Jeffrey Alan Moore (Kathy) of Asheboro, NC and Jonathan Mark Moore (Jennifer) of West End, NC; her grandchildren, Jessica Moore Qualls (Andrew), Jennifer Moore Harmon and Jeffrey; and her sons, Logan Qualls, Jabe Harmon, Jubilee Harmon and Charles Phillips.
