He was predeceased by: his parents, Pervy Howard Dunlap and Stella Rouse Dunlap; and his siblings, Wendell Dunlap, Robert Dunlap, Swannie Dunlap and Esther Hundley.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Dunlap (Kim) and Anne Dunlap; his stepdaughter Olivia Morgan (Stoney); his grandchildren, Collin Dunlap, Amy Allen (Thomas), Josh Smith (Jessica) and Landon Hussey; and his great grandchildren, Kaylin, Lilly and Jaycie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
