She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Calvin Moore and Mary Jane Parsons Moore; and her husband Johnnie Kimber Thompson. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald, Craig, Randal (Audrey) and Carl (Candace); her grandchildren, Alex (Jesi), Shannon (Matthew Small), Avery and Ella Grace; and her sisters, Elizabeth (Phillip Parsons) and Ethel Freeman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Home (241 N Middleton St, Robbins, NC 27325). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church (1535 N Moore Rd, Robbins, NC 27325).
