He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Julian Maness and Mary Margaret Kidd Maness of Robbins; and his wife Betty Threadgill Maness of Robbins. He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Maness Garner (John Taylor); his grandson Joshua Garner (Colby); his great grandchildren, Nora Garner and Grayson Garner of Robbins; his stepsons, James Key and Chris Key; and his caregivers, Brooke Wilson, Cindy Williams and Johnette Stanley.
