Though Robert may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Allen Kidd and Virginia Phillips Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Purvis Kidd; his daughter Beverly Rhodes Phillips (Dean) of Bear Creek; his granddaughter Dr. Rebekah Rhodes (Craig Jensen) of Davis; and his pet Missy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Home (241 N Middleton St, Robbins, NC 27325). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Beulah Baptist Church (8454 Howard Mill Rd, Bennett, NC 27208).
