Though Audrey may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Audrey touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Carver and Flonnie Collins Carver. She is survived by: her husband Donnie Polston; her daughters, Nikkii (Clint Orr) and Ashley (Nick Finch); her sister Lavada Millsaps of Robbinsville, NC; and her grandchildren, Olivia Orr, Bentlee and Graydon Finch.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery (3699 Tapoco Rd, Robbinsville, NC 28771).
