With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beacher Turpin (Robbinsville, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2026 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Turpin and Doshia Anderson Turpin; his siblings, Jean Orr, Joan Burchfield, Elva Carver, Lillian Porter, Telma Bowman, Chyneer Burchfield, Ethel, Dora Lee Turpin, Wayne, Glenn, Leonard, Luther and Nolan; and his granddaughter Farrah Dillard.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Nell Beasley Turpin; his children, Michael Turpin (Wilma) and Sandra Williams; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Marcus (Zack) of Franklin, NC, Rebecca Powell (Charles), Tim Williams of Robbinsville, NC and Dakota Kelly (Randall) of Jefferson City, TN; and his great grandchildren, Kenlyn, Lawrence Powell of Robbinsville, NC, Joe, Martha and Tim Green.
