He is survived by: his parents, Quillard Burchfield and Warrenette Rye Burchfield; his daughters, Kristen, Kourtney, Katelyn, Hannah and Gracye; his grandchildren, Paislee Ammons, Jordan, Ezra Lewis, Archie Adams and Owen Terry; and his sister Pam Icenhower (Scott).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Townson-Smith Chapel (160 5 Point Rd, Robbinsville, NC 28771). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
