He is survived by: his wife Kary Hartmann Moore; his children, David Dwayne Moore, Jr., Kevin Moore (Angie Moore) and Kandace Moore; his siblings, Fred Jr. (Sherry Moore), Charles (Loretta Moore) and Abigail Moore Williams (John Williams) of Robbinsville, NC; and his stepdaughters, Hannah of Kannapolis, NC and Allie of Plattsburgh, NY.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several nieces, great nieces, and great nephews.
