He was predeceased by: his father Henry; his wife Dorothy Odom Sellers; his children, Rex Sellers, Donna Sellers and Sandra "Cookie" Stewart; and his sisters, Louise Odom, Ruth DiFranco and Ann Metheney.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwayne Sellers and Louie Sellers (Tonya); his siblings, Jerry Sellers, Perry Sellers, Virginia Belcher, Wanda Beasley, Linda Shope and Glenda Smith; his grandchildren, Joshua Hyde, Brittany Sellers, Brandi Sellers Hooper, Rex Allen Sellers, Maggie Jones, Amy Sellers and Millie Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Hagen Hooper, Benton Hooper, Nolan Sellers, Analeigh Jones, Hazely Sellers, Silas Sellers and Josie Jones.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Townson-Smith Chapel (160 5 Point Rd, Robbinsville, NC 28771). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
