Ethel Sheffey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2023, at the age of 87, Ethel Sheffey of Robbinsville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Burgess Gather and Winnie Elizabeth Sharp Hensley; her husband George Sheffey; her children, Deborah Ellen Sheffey Cable and Larry Kent Sheffey; and her sister Sharon Elizabeth Hensley Harris.

She is survived by : her sister Anna Mae Hensley Wright of Louisville, TN; her son-in-law Dwayne Cable; and her grandchildren, Julian "Brett" Cable, Austin Bryan Cable, Jeri-Ann Sullivan, Lucas Dean Cable, Chandra Anell Cable (Sean Cooper), Alaina Afton Cable Miller, James Miller and Rowan Elias Miller. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
