He is survived by: his wife Cindy Atkinson Ford; his children, Hannah Hoke (Jonathan), Jeremy Ford (Heather) and Jennifer Grant (Cliff); his grandchildren, Arabell, Brea, Josh (Kristina), Chelsea (Isaiah), Ariel (Kaleb) and Candace; his great grandchildren, Karter and Karson; and his siblings-in-law, Sharron Atkinson Newton (Tony) and Tony Atkinson (Tammy).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
