It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Millsaps of Robbinsville, North Carolina, born in Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Grady Lee and Arlene Carver Millsaps; his wife Betty Millsaps; and his son Bill Millsaps. He is survived by : his daughter Pam Lovin of Robbinsville, NC; and his grandchildren, Creed Lovin and Stephanie Stewart. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
