He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Brooks and Edna Smith Brooks. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Pangle Brooks; his daughter Sherrie; his son-in-law Todd Orr of Robbinsville, NC; and his grandson Ethan Sadler. He is also survived by his family and friends.
