He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Farley and Wanda Farley. He is survived by: his siblings, Vicki Farley, Steve (Tonya Icenhower), Tommy Farley, Melinda (Lowell Matheson), Teresa (James "Beetle" Brown) and Ulayla Rose Farley. He is also survived by his stepdaughter, 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
