He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Fulbright and Lillie Deal Fulbright; and his sister Dorothy Israel. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Orr Fulblright; his children, Carlese Fulbright of Dawsonville, GA, Robert Mixon of Winder, GA and Paul Mixon (Tina) of Crawford, GA; and his siblings, Lavern Smith, Mike Fulbright and Jackie Fulbright. He is also survived by 2 grandsons, and 2 great grandsons.
