He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Bloomfield and Alice Bowser Bloomfield of Fort Wayne, IN.; and his wife Joy Warner Bloomfield. He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Bloomfield-Carboni (Tracy) of Robbinsville, NC and Joanie DeGrandchamp of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, William Bloomfield III (Rachel), Benjamin Carboni (Kaliey), Bethany Harper (Dakota) and Lindsay Grillot (Marc). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
