He is survived by: his sons, Sean D. Knight of Elizabeth City, NC, Kendall L. Knight of New Bern, NC and Alexander "Al" Knight (Chandra) of Williamston, NC; and his sisters, Dorothy Robinson (Joe), Lillian Redmond and Pearline Hamilton (John). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, his brothers- and sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and his beloved church family.
