He is survived by: his children, James Spencer of Belvoir, NC, Phyllis Blount of Greenville, NC and Cynthia Bryant of Virginia Beach, VA; his siblings, Jessie L. Spencer of Delaware, Thomas Earl Spencer of Tampa, FL, Ernest Spencer of Philadelphia, PA, David Spencer of Philadelphia, PA, Mary Sneed of Greenville, NC and Christine Duncan of Seattle, Washington; and his close friend Katie Lee Pippen of Bethel, NC. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren other loving relatives and friends.
