He is survived by: his wife Ida Hines; his children, Mark Hines (Debra) and Cynthis Moore; his grandsons, Jamarkis Mitchell and Reginald Hines (Brianna); and his brother Felton Ray Hines of Grimesland, NC. He is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
