He was predeceased by : his parent Lee; and his sister Jacqueline Daw Carawan. He is survived by : his children, Lee Anne Smith (Reginald), Cheryl Lynn Harney of Orlando Florida and Ian Harney (Amber); his brother Harney Jr. (Teresa) of Centerville, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Zachary (Maggie), Joshua, Kaitlyn, Ethan and Aiden; and his great grandchildren, Lianj and Miles.
