It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Smith McLean of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murphy Smith and Mattie Horne Smith; and her husband Daniel R. "Danny" McLean. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy McLean (Freida) of Rockingham, Lisa McLean Grooms (Harold) of Laurinburg and Jeremy Brandon McLean (Christina) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Haley Grooms, Meredith McLean and Alex McLean; and her sisters, Doris Wright of Hamlet and Maxine Kelly of Rose Hill.
