He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kenan Moss and Pauline Pence Moss Lee; his brother Wayne Moss; and his stepbrother Dennis Wayne Lee. He is survived by: his wife Verlen Shepard Moss; his children, Kim Moss of Rockingham, Beverly McFayden (Doug) of Rockingham and Ben Moss (Amber) of Rockingham; his grandchildren, Cassie McFayden, Logan Pearson of Trinity, Evan McFayden of Rockingham, Maggie Moss of Rockingham and Sam Moss of Rockingham; his brother Charles Moss (Jan) of Randleman; his siblings-in-law, Allie Shepard of Deltona, FL and Jean Gibson (Todd) of Rockingham; and his caregivers, Ruby, Linda and Treva. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VFW Post # 4023, Veteran's Park, 106 Old River Rd., Rockingham, NC 28379.
