He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Billy, Mary Deese, Andrew, Hazel Honeycutt, Mildred, Alex Lear, Margie and Rev. Lester English; and his grandfather Larry English.
He is survived by: his parents, Billy Everett Deese Jr. (Tiffany) and Amy English Payne (Chuck); his stepsisters, Brandy Payne and Amber Payne; his uncles, Steven English, Aaron Payne and Brandon Deese; his grandparents, Nancy Tincher, Billy Deese Sr. and Janice Hodges (John); his girlfriend Kassie Barnhill; and his girlfriend's children, Luna and Blair.
In addition to flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made out in Billy's honor to the National Institute on Drug Abuse at 16071 Industrial Drive-Dock 1, Gaithersburg, MD 20892.
