He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Waylon and Della Dorsett Wiggins; his former wife Eva Dell Wiggins; his wife Dorothy "Dot" Watts Wiggins; his son Keith Wiggins; and his siblings, Allison Wiggins, Judith Fann and Myrae Holden.
He is survived by: his children, Philip Wiggins (Darcey) and Eddie Wiggins (Marianne); and his stepchildren, Kay Varner (Brent) and Elton Roller (Kathy). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
