We are sad to announce that, on January 25, 2026, at the age of 74, Brenda Whitaker Therrell (Rockingham, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Whitaker and Juanita Whitaker; her sister Margaret Faye Williams; her brother-in-law Alvin Henry Williams; and her nephew Daniel Reid Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Therrell; her nephews, Gary Alvin Williams (Jada) and Michael Lee Williams (Mendy); her great-nephew Alan Michael Williams; her great-nieces, Karen Williams and Kennedy Williams; Juniper Polk.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to New Hope Freewill Baptist Church in Rockingham, NC.
