She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Calhoun and Louise Tart Ellerbe; her husband Jerry Parker; her daughters, Nicole Ard (Franklin) of Elkin, NC and Mandi Parker (Pam Smith) of Wilmington, NC; her granddaughter Parker Ard of Wilmington, NC; and her siblings, Brenda Caulder, Patti Lynn Miller of Rockingham, Meloni Bethea of Louisburg, NC and James Nicholas Ellerbe of Raleigh, NC..
