He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Eubanks; his son Daniel Eubanks; his daughter-in-law Lena Eubanks; his granddaughters, Jordan Griffith (Joseph Griffith), Braelyn Eubanks and Marlie Eubanks; and his great grandchild Kyler Griffith.
