It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Wayne Thomas of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Ann Powell Thomas and Irshell Thomas; and his sister Veronica Thomas. He is survived by: his siblings, Willard and Lee Edward; his children, Katrice Thomas and Adrian Thomas; his siblings, Ruth Y. Anderson, Katie T. Smith, Joyce Renee Galloway, Alfred C. Thomas and Peter H. Thomas; and his close friends, Raymond, Ann-Catherine Parker, Norris Blackwell, Charles Gilliam, John Broadnax and Hessie Mae Bennett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
