She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gilis and Irene Gilis; her husband Eugene Hayden; and her sisters, Barbara Lefler and Nancy Arnette.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Hayden; her son-in-law Dale Zuckert; and her sister Betty Black. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
