We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2024, at the age of 95, Eleanor Stobie (Rockingham, North Carolina), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Helen Marshall and John B. Marshall; and her husband David Stobie. She is survived by : her children, Janet Weyant (Gary) and Scott Stobie; her grandchildren, Cyntha and Westley; and her sister Linda M. Blinkhorn (Lee). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made out to either Richmond County Hospice, 1119 N US 1, Rockingham, NC 28379, or First Presbyterian Church, 904 Fayetteville Rd Rockingham, NC 28379.
