He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Pleasant Bagby and Annie Pearl Lee Bagby; and his sons, Dean Allen Bagby and Dennis Arnold Bagby. He is survived by: his children, Tony Bagby and Shauna Briley; his grandchildren, Chrissy Hartwig (Douglas), Jennifer McDonald, Sandi Briley, Dwayne Bagby, Jr. and Aaron Bagby; his family Eugene; and his grandson Rickey Shelhourse.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made in Eugene's honor to the Paralyzed Veterans of America.
