Fumiko Davis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Fumiko Davis of Rockingham, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fumio Makita and Haruko Makita; her husband Gene Davis (Gene); and her granddaughter Avery Elizabeth Davis. She is survived by: her children, Vivian Davis Hilton (Lex), Hoyle Eugene Davis, Jr. (Gene) and Elisa Diaz Davis (Lisa); her grandchildren, Lex Hilton, Jr. (Brooke), Kathryn Hilton (Kakki), Katherine Davis (Kate), Paton Davis, Davis Hilton (Cailey), Drake Diaz, Drew Diaz, Graeson Diaz Johnson (Isaac) and Hoyle Eugene Davis, III (Trace); Judy Nicholson, Alberta Bivens, Joann Wilson and Dee Dockery. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Baptist Church - Rockingham (201 N Randolph St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Richmond County Hospice, 1119 US Highway 1N Rockingham, NC 28379 or First Baptist Church, 201 N. Randolph Street, Rockingham, NC.
