It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gail H. Skipper (Rockingham, North Carolina), born in Hamlet, North Carolina, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Hatcher and Zietta Hatcher; and her daughter Melissa Skipper Melgarejo. She is survived by : her husband Lamar Skipper of Hamlet, NC; her children, Angel Mabe (Kevin) of Rockingham, NC, Tracy Skipper (Donna) of Rockingham, NC and Crystal Cottle (JR) of Rockingham, NC.; and her grandchildren, Evin, Justin Mabe, Kaitlyn, Lindsay, Dylan Skipper, Emma Forbis, Dean and Kenan Cottle.
