It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida King Tunstall of Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Dave; her husband Jimmy Tunstall; her daughter Angie Dale Troxler; and her siblings, Virginia Smith, Ivory Currie, Anna Keeter, Verbedell Hudson, Clatis Thomas, Curtis King, Charlie King, Robert King, Delma Ray King and J. D. King.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Troxler (Carolyn) of Ellerbe, Jan Troxler of Hamlet and Marie Turner (Mike) of Ellerbe; her grandchildren, Crystal Troxler, Steven Williams (Ashley), Ashley Baldwin (Scotty), Madison Turner and Michaela Turner; her great grandchildren, Wesley Field, Chloe Field, Rylie Graye Williams, Cade Allen, Memphis Baldwin and Bristol Baldwin; and her brother Stewart "Dude" King.
