She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Millner Mims and Walter Mims, Sr.; her daughter Brenda Perkins; and her sister Jacqueline Mims. She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Watlington, Russell Mims, Rev. Walter Mims, Sr., James Mims, Floyd Mims, Julia Louise Mims and Barbara Mims; her children, Renessa Kay Eaves (Kenneth) and Morris A. Kershaw; her grandchildren, Portia Watlington, Sherita Perkins and Tonya Kershaw; her great grandchild Love Caprice Watlington; her stepgrandchildren, Jaden Raeford, Mattie Raeford, Duena Raeford Parker (Phillip) and Darnell Raeford; her siblings, Fannie Simpson and David Mims (Lillie); her son-in-law Charles Mc Collum; her siblings-in-law, Koren Martin and Albert Watlington, Sr.; her nephews, Reginald Watlington, James Dalton and Elder Leroy Willis (Kathleen); and her niece Cheryl Diann Mims. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
