She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lester and Inez Edna Childers Adcock; and her siblings, Dr. William Adcock, Jr., Robert Adcock and Faye Poplin.
She is survived by: her husband James Francis Nutting; her children, Mike Smith (Kim), James Nutting (Robin), Laura Cockman (Mike) and Rebekah Day (Erin); her grandchildren, Amanda Grant (Blaine), Paige Kentner (Ryan), Gracie Nutting, Amelia Day, Matthew Cockman and Olivia Cockman; her great grandchildren, Colton Grant, Josie Grant, Selah Kentner, Mia Kentner and Clara Kentner; and her sister Linda Hendricks.
Memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
