She is survived by : her husband James Richard "Ricky" Spivey; her son Ricky Spivey; her grandchildren, Brittany McRae, Blaine Chavis, Ricky Spivey, Madison Chavis, Mason Santiago, Phillip Spivey and River Thomas; her great grandchildren, Gracelyn Chavis and Colton Spivey; and her brother James "Jimmy" Roberts.
