He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Benjamin and Phyllis Woodward Carr; his wife Ann Bevan Carr; his children, John "Scotty" Carr (Crystal) and Teresa "Terri" Mullins (Joe); his grandchildren, Jordan Quate (Adam), Kaitlyn Howell (Robbie), Bevan Carr (Nick Thompkins) and James Carr (Kaylin Sanders); and his stepgrandchildren, Katie Moore, Tina Powers and Johnny Bogan.
