She is survived by: her husband Charles Freeman; her children, Christine Webb, Bernice Braswell, Drema Jackson (Aaron), Genevia Moore (James) and Chuck Freeman (Karla); her grandchildren, Sarah, Daisy, Kayla, Little Sarah, Eric, Hunter, Daphne, Harvey, Douglas, Jesse, Kacidie and Madison; her great grandchildren, Kierra, Corey, Isaih, Amaya, Uzziah, Nora, Jamileh, Ayyoub, Violet, Savvy, Samaria and Harlow; her great great grandchildren, Julian and Asher; and her sister Gay McLean.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home (705 S Caroline St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Community Church (193 Mill Rd, Rockingham, NC 28379). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Ellerbe Cemetery (304 Millstone Rd, Ellerbe, NC 28338).
